Our training is open only to professionals and practitioners who work with children and young people in Lambeth. Residents of Lambeth may also book on to training.
We offer Level 3 training courses which are delivered live training (currently online). You can book your place via Eventbrite.

Online Level 1 Safeguarding Training
Who?
Everyone working with children who need an introduction to safeguarding, including people whose role does not involve direct work with children but whose duties mean they might come into contact with them.
Why?
To ensure adults are equipped to carry out their safeguarding responsibilities.
What?
The learning is split into 2 parts:
- Level 1: Part 1 (1 hour) – safeguarding and the law, child abuse awareness and recognising abuse and neglect
- Level 1: Part 2 (40 minutes) – reporting concerns and responding to disclosures

Online Level 1 Unconscious Bias Training
Who?
Why?
To provides information and advice to help employees become more aware of their own unconscious biases, as well as for employers to minimise unconscious bias in the workplace.
What?
- Understand how to be more in control of their own unconscious biases
- Be able to identify bias and consider the effects on yourself and others
- Know the different types of unconscious bias
- Identify ways to reduce unconscious bias, including in the workplace
- Understand the legislation surrounding unconscious bias
