The London Vanguard project is funded by NHS England. In Lambeth, it is delivered by the local authority and Juvenis.

The project is for children and young adults up to age 25 who are at risk of harm outside their homes.

By forming a therapeutic relationship with the young person, the practitioner will work with them to access services, advocating for their needs and supporting their voice to be heard.
